Amazing service, superb selection, pristine show floor, knowledgeable staff, what more can one ask for? I now rely on Chase for my big watch purchases and I drive in all the way from North Jersey.

If you’re a watch enthusiast, this place is like a candy store. Luxury boutiques can sometimes feel a bit intimidating, especially if you’re not a regular, but that wasn’t the case here. I had the pleasure of working with Angelita, who made my entire watch buying experience fun, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The entire process is as smooth as it gets. Chase is awesome. I’ve done this twice and felt very comfortable both times. Prices given for my watches were always fair. Shipping was fast, as well as his responses. The contract sent to me was easy and straight forward and the money was wired soon after my approval on both occasions.
