At Precision Watches, your satisfaction and confidence in your timepiece purchase are paramount. We offer a comprehensive two-year warranty for all pre-owned watches, ensuring peace of mind with every purchase.
Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of your purchase. This warranty applies only to the original buyer and is not extended by any repair or replacement.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Unauthorized alterations or repairs will void this warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not apply to any issues due to improper storage or handling.
Contact us within the warranty period for authorization to initiate a warranty service. We will provide you with a pre-paid and fully insured shipping label upon approval. Ensure the timepiece is securely packaged; it must be received at our facility within fourteen (14) days from the label issue date.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Shipping and handling fees for the return of the repaired or replaced item will be covered by us.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs fees or taxes. These costs are not reimbursable. The warranty terms remain consistent for all customers, regardless of location.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. The warranty does not extend beyond the original purchase amount.
