Family-owned since 1946, with roles across sales, service, and watch buying in our Lower Gwynedd showroom.
Precision Watches has spent three generations selling and servicing the world’s finest watches. As an Official Rolex Jeweler and an authorized dealer for Tudor, Cartier, Omega, Longines, Hamilton, and Bell & Ross, we carry some of the most respected names in watchmaking, and we back them with an Authorized Rolex Service Center and a state-of-the-art workshop for repair and polishing in the same building. The watches we sell are cared for by the same team start to finish.
We’re a family-run business looking for dedicated professionals across several areas of our company, including service, watch acquisition, and sales.
Our showroom and watch repair center are in Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia.
Lead and coach our showroom sales team to hit performance goals while holding everyone to Precision’s standards for client care. You’ll run the floor day to day, develop the team’s selling and clienteling skills, and make sure every client leaves having had a great experience.
Guide clients through our collection, from first-time buyers to seasoned collectors, with the product knowledge and attention that sets Precision apart. You’ll build lasting relationships, make tailored recommendations, and stay with each client through follow-up and beyond.
Evaluate and buy luxury timepieces from sellers, collectors, and trade-ins, judging authenticity, condition, and market value with confidence. You’ll make fair offers, manage each purchase from intake to handoff, and build the kind of relationships that bring sellers back.
Service, overhaul, and repair mechanical and quartz timepieces from everyday quartz to high-end automatics. You’ll diagnose movement issues, work to manufacturer standards, and put each watch through full quality control before it goes back to its owner.
Restore cases, bezels, and bracelets to their original finish, removing scratches and wear without softening the lines the manufacturer intended. This is skilled work for an experienced hand, not an entry-level role.
Handle the full range of technical service work, from battery and gasket replacement to crystal, stem, and crown repairs, pressure testing, and bracelet adjustments. You’ll work alongside our watchmakers to keep service moving and every repair up to standard.
Send your resume and we’ll be in touch when the right opening appears.
