THE HISTORY OF PRECISION - WATCHMAKERS SINCE 1946
The story of Precision began over half a century ago in 1946 when a passionate young watch enthusiast named Michael first learned the art of watchmaking. He later passed on these skills to his son, Gary, who in 1975 chose to follow in his father’s footsteps by enrolling in a two-year watchmaking school under Master Watchmaker Vitaly Markitan. Vitaly, renowned as the finest watchmaker in the Soviet Union at the time, trained many of today’s leading watch repair masters, including some who now work for the world’s most prestigious brands.
Armed with this esteemed background, Michael and Gary opened Precision Watch & Clock Repair in September 1991, a small watch repair shop in Feasterville, PA. Specializing in high-end watches and intricate movements, the modest shop quickly gained a reputation throughout the region, enjoying popularity and success with residents.

The early store was merely a stepping stone in the evolution of what would eventually become Precision - Watchmakers Since 1946. Roman, the family’s third generation, joined the business and initiated a series of transformations. With his keen business acumen, he guided the company in a bold new direction, expanding its expertise beyond repair work to include the sale of luxury Swiss watches. As the business grew in scope, it necessitated larger premises, leading to a series of store relocations. In early 2007, the company moved to a more spacious store at The Shoppes At The Buck Hotel. Subsequently, in 2011, the business relocated to the Valley Square Lifestyle Center in Warrington before finally settling at the Willow Grove Park Mall towards the end of 2014.
As we continue to evolve, Precision - Watchmakers Since 1946 is proud to announce the opening of our stunning new Flagship Showroom in Lower Gwynedd, PA. This beautiful freestanding location represents the next stage in our journey, offering an even more luxurious and immersive experience for our valued customers. Visit us at our new address, 1612 N.
