At Precision Watches, we are dedicated to ensuring your confidence and satisfaction with every pre-owned timepiece you purchase from us. Our comprehensive two-year warranty for all pre-owned watches provides peace of mind, knowing your investment is well protected.
Warranty Coverage
This two-year warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is not extended or renewed by any repair or replacement conducted during the warranty period.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs.
- Issues arising from improper storage or handling.
Any attempt to modify or repair the watch by anyone other than Precision Watches will void the warranty.
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period to receive authorization for service. Upon approval, we will provide a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label for secure return. The timepiece must arrive at our facility within fourteen (14) days from the issuance of the label.
Repair or Replacement
If a defect arises within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item. Precision Watches will cover all shipping and handling fees for the return of the repaired or replaced timepiece within the United States.
International Policy
For international customers, all return shipping costs, including customs fees or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable. The warranty terms and conditions apply universally, regardless of the customer’s location.
Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item. Precision Watches is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the timepiece. The warranty is limited to the original purchase price and does not extend beyond it.
