Black Bay GMT
The Tudor Black Bay Collection
Introduced in 2012, the Black Bay is the watch that redefined Tudor for a new generation. It drew on the brand’s mid-century dive watch heritage, with a domed dial, snowflake hands, and a rounded case, and it has since grown into Tudor’s cornerstone collection, spanning dive watches, GMTs, and chronographs across a wide range of sizes.
This year brought real news to the range. Tudor introduced a new five-link jubilee-style bracelet option across the Black Bay 58 and Black Bay 58 GMT, alongside broader Master Chronometer certification, meaning every core Black Bay now meets Tudor’s most demanding standard for accuracy, magnetic resistance, and reliability, independently verified by the Swiss institute METAS. Every Black Bay is powered by an in-house Manufacture Calibre with a 70-hour power reserve, all backed by Tudor’s five-year transferable guarantee.
Black Bay Models
Black Bay 58 : The most popular Black Bay, at a compact 41mm and just 11.7mm thick, with vintage-correct proportions inspired by Tudor’s 1958 dive watch. Available in black or burgundy, on rubber strap, a classic three-link rivet bracelet, or the new five-link jubilee bracelet.
Black Bay 58 GMT : A 39mm travel watch pairing the 58’s wearable proportions with a genuine in-house GMT movement, now also offered on the new five-link bracelet alongside the original three-link and rubber options.
Black Bay 54 : The smallest current Black Bay, at 37mm, offered in black or a striking Sapphire Blue, on rubber strap or a three-link bracelet.
Black Bay (41mm) : The cornerstone of the range, at 41mm with a satin and polished case, snowflake hands, and a unidirectional bezel with a black aluminium insert. The largest and most classic dive-watch proportions in the current lineup.
Black Bay GMT : The full-size GMT reference, adding a second time zone in the collection’s most substantial case.
Black Bay Pro : A fixed 24-hour bezel model with a field-watch character, distinguished by dot hour markers rather than the diver’s usual indices, at a compact 39mm.
Black Bay Chrono and Bronze : The chronograph brings racing-inspired timing to the Black Bay case, while the Bronze version develops a unique patina over time.

How much does a Tudor Black Bay cost?

As an Authorized Tudor Dealer, we can confirm current pricing on any configuration.
What is new on the Tudor Black Bay for 2026?
The biggest update this year is a new five-link jubilee-style bracelet, now available on both the Black Bay 58 and Black Bay 58 GMT alongside the existing rubber strap and three-link bracelet options. Master Chronometer certification, verified by the independent institute METAS, has also expanded across the core lineup, and the black Black Bay 58 has moved to this same updated generation, with the older blue dial discontinued.
What is the difference between the Black Bay 58 and the standard Black Bay?
The Black Bay 58 is the more compact reference, at 41mm and just 11.7mm thick, designed to echo the proportions of Tudor’s 1958 dive watch. The standard 41mm Black Bay is thicker and carries a slightly different case and bezel design, offering the collection’s most classic dive-watch presence. Both share the same in-house movement family and Master Chronometer certification; the choice mainly comes down to how compact you want the watch to wear.
Does the Tudor Black Bay have an in-house movement?
Yes. Every current Black Bay is powered by one of Tudor’s Manufacture Calibres, all COSC chronometer-certified and, across the core lineup, also certified as a Master Chronometer by METAS. These movements offer a 70-hour power reserve and resistance to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss.
What size Black Bay should I buy?
The Black Bay 54 at 37mm is the most compact and suits smaller wrists. The Black Bay 58 at 41mm wears close to a vintage dive watch and suits most wrists. The full-size 41mm Black Bay and Black Bay GMT offer the most wrist presence. Trying a few sizes on is genuinely worthwhile, and you can compare them in our showroom.
