The Omega Seamaster Collection
The Omega Seamaster has been the brand’s watch for the water since 1948, and today it spans one of the broadest ranges in luxury watchmaking. What every current model shares is Master Chronometer certification, Omega’s standard developed with the Swiss federal metrology institute METAS, which tests each watch for precision, performance, and resistance to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. From a slim dress-sport watch to a professional 600m diver, the Seamaster covers more ground than almost any collection at its level.
Seamaster Models
Seamaster Diver 300M : The wave-dial icon worn by James Bond, rated to 300m with a helium escape valve, ceramic bezel, and ceramic dial. The definitive modern Seamaster, offered in a wide range of dial colours and materials from steel to Bronze Gold, typically in a 42mm case.
Seamaster Aqua Terra : The versatile dress-sport model, with 150m water resistance, no rotating bezel, and the signature teak-patterned dial. Offered from 30mm to 41mm, it is the Seamaster built to move from the office to the weekend, and the most wearable everyday option in the collection.
Seamaster Planet Ocean : The serious dive tool, rated to 600m, larger and more purposeful than the Diver 300M, and the choice for buyers who want maximum capability. The 2025 collection introduced the Planet Ocean Worldtimer, Omega’s first in two decades.
Seamaster 300 : The vintage-styled heritage diver, drawing on the 1957 original with a broad arrow handset and sandwich dial, in a comfortable 41mm case. The Seamaster for those who want the collection’s history in a modern watch.
Seamaster Railmaster : The anti-magnetic model from the 1957 professional trilogy, refreshed in 2025 in a 38mm case that pays homage to the original, with a clean no-bezel dial built for legibility.
Omega Seamaster Price
The Omega Seamaster spans a wide range of price points. The Aqua Terra is generally the entry to the collection, with steel references starting around the high four figures, while the Diver 300M and Seamaster 300 sit in the mid-to-high four figures to low five figures depending on material and configuration. The Planet Ocean and chronograph references run higher, and precious metal, Bronze Gold, and complicated pieces such as the Worldtimer higher still. As an Authorized Omega Dealer, we can walk you through current pricing across the range and help you find the right configuration in person.

How much does an Omega Seamaster cost?
The Seamaster spans a wide range. The Aqua Terra is generally the entry point, with steel references starting in the high four figures, while the Diver 300M and Seamaster 300 sit in the mid-to-high four figures to low five figures depending on material. The Planet Ocean, chronograph, precious metal, and complicated references cost more. As an Authorized Omega Dealer, we can provide current pricing on any configuration.
What is the difference between the Seamaster 300 and the Diver 300M?
They are different watches despite both being rated to 300m. The Diver 300M is the modern wave-dial Bond watch, with a helium escape valve, a date window, and a ceramic bezel and dial. The Seamaster 300 is a vintage-styled heritage diver based on the 1957 original, with a cleaner look, a broad arrow handset, and no helium escape valve. The names are similar, but the designs and audiences are distinct.
Which Omega Seamaster is best for everyday wear?
The Aqua Terra is the most versatile everyday Seamaster. Its clean dial, absence of a dive bezel, and range of sizes from 30mm to 41mm make it easy to dress up or down, and its 150m water resistance handles daily wear and swimming. Buyers who want a dedicated dive watch tend toward the Diver 300M, which is also highly wearable day to day.
Are all Omega Seamaster watches Master Chronometer certified?
Every current-generation Seamaster carries Master Chronometer certification, meaning the movement passes COSC chronometer testing, resists magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss, and meets Omega’s accuracy standard, all verified by the independent Swiss metrology institute METAS. It is the highest standard of certification in the Swiss watch industry.
Which Seamaster did James Bond wear?
James Bond has worn the Seamaster Diver 300M since 1995. Daniel Craig wore several Seamasters across his films, including a titanium Diver 300M and a Seamaster 300, and Omega has released a number of official 007 editions tied to the films. The Diver 300M remains the model most associated with the character.
Is Precision Watches an authorized Omega dealer?
Yes. Precision Watches is an Authorized Omega Dealer, which means every Omega we sell is brand-new, guaranteed authentic, and covered by Omega’s full manufacturer warranty. Our on-site watchmakers also service Omega watches, so we support your timepiece well beyond the sale.
