Precision Watches is an authorized retailer of new luxury watches located in Lower Gwynedd, just outside Philadelphia. Our showroom carries new timepieces from Rolex, Tudor, Cartier, Omega, Longines, Hamilton, and Bell & Ross, all sourced directly from the manufacturer with full factory warranty. We’ve been family-owned since 1946 and operate an in-house service center staffed by Swiss-trained watchmakers.

When buying a new luxury watch, three things matter most: authorized dealer status, factory warranty, and post-sale service. An authorized retailer is licensed directly by the brand, which guarantees authenticity, confirms the watch is brand new and unworn, and qualifies you for the full manufacturer warranty (five years for Rolex and Tudor). Avoid unauthorized sellers and grey-market sources, where warranties may not transfer and authenticity is harder to verify.

Rolex maintains a verified retailer locator at rolex.com, and Tudor, Omega, Cartier, Longines, Hamilton, and Bell & Ross publish similar lists. An authorized dealer can sell new watches with the original factory warranty and is held to brand standards for display, training, and after-sales service. Rolex announces new watches once a year at Watches and Wonders Geneva, typically held in late March or early April. New releases reach Official Rolex Jewelers in the months following the announcement, and demand for popular new models often exceeds supply at launch.
